One year after Hanover’s Chabad Rabbi Benny Wolff passed away at the age of 43, his family and community inaugurated a new Chabad center in his name. Beis Binyomin will house the activities of Chabad of Hanover, Germany, directed by Mrs. Shterna Wolff. The grand opening also included the welcoming of a new Torah scroll, completed last Thursday.
