Mrs. Fogelman is the longest serving emissary and has directed Chabad of Central Massachusetts for the past 70 plus years, together with her husband Rabbi Hershel, obm. Here she toasted the success of the emissaries—in their communal and personal lives.

These four women are new emissaries to their respective locations: Mrs. Chana Edelkopf of Podgorica, Montenegro, Mrs. Chani Silver of Willemstad, Curacao, Mrs. Mushky Feldman of Reykjavik, Iceland and Mrs. Sheera Bluming of Nassau, Bahamas.
