Chabad’s Project Friendship’s new Kentucky centers will give clothes and school supplies to kids who lost their homes in last year’s tornados. Kentucky Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman and Israeli Consulate General Anat Sultan-Dadon joined Chabad of Kentucky Director Rabbi Avrohom Litvin to announce the opening of three distribution centers.

Located in the areas most affected by last year’s devastating tornadoes, Project Friendship’s new centers will work with online retailers to channel unsold clothing and school supplies to kids who lost their homes in the storm. “The Rebbe spoke about the need for unity, now it’s our job to make that a reality,” says Rabbi Chaim Litvin of Project Friendship.
