New Chabad Reps to Annapolis, Maryland


Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan, Chabad-Lubavitch representative to the state of Maryland announced the opening of a new Chabad center in Annapolis, Maryland.

Rabbi and Mrs. Nochum and Hindy Light of New York, will serve as Shluchim to Annapolis’s Jewish community.
