The annual, festive banquet of the International Conference of Chabad Lubavitch Emissaries, takes place tonight at the Brooklyn Marriot Hotel and Convention Center.
More than two thousand Chabad Lubavitch emissaries will attend, as well as some 250 lay leaders from around the world.
