Buckhurst Hill in Essex, England will soon enjoy its own Chabad House. Rabbi and Mrs. Adam Brandman were appointed new Chabad representatives to the area. The young couple will also work towards expanding the existing youth programs in the nearby Ilford Chabad Centre.
