A program at the International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Women Emissaries honoring the legacy and ongoing influence of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson, of righteous memory, will be broadcast worldwide Sunday, January 23 at 8:30 PM, corresponding to the anniversary of the Rebbetzin’s passing on 22 Shevat, which begins tonight.
