JDC Study Finds Education Gap Among Argentina’s Needy

(lubavitch.com) A study released by the Latin American branch of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) found that almost half the adults who depend on social services assistance had less than 12 years of schooling, says the JTA. Chabad emissaries serve 11 cities with some 33 centers throughout the country.
