Chabad Rabbi Helps Locate Victim’s Photos

Thailand

Chabad Shliach in Thailand, Rabbi Nechemia Wilhelm helped Shula Naim, the mother of one of the victims of the recent plane crash, recover precious photos belonging to her son.
Naim had found a knapsack belonging to her son with a broken photo CD inside, dated several days before the crash. Although the broken disk was irreparable, Rabbi Wilhelm managed to trace it to the Bangkok lab where the broken CD was processed, reported COL.
Wilhelm’s assistant Yossi Beitsch worked with staff at the lab, searching its computer files, picture by picture, until dozens of photographs and a few short videos were found – an important and precious memory for the victims’ loved ones, who are still mourning them in Israel.
